FA 101/201 is a great, affordable, one-day training event where participants can choose between the FA 101 or 201 tracks.

FA 101 is geared toward newer financial aid professionals (less than 1 year of experience), but is also a great primer course in financial aid for other student services professionals such as academic advisors, TRiO advisors, business office staff and high school counselors.

FA 201 is geared toward financial aid professionals who have some experience and are interested to advance their skills.

FA 201 Track:

• Satisfactory Academic Progress
• Customer Service
• Professional Judgment
• Coordinating with Other Departments

Costs:

• $65 per member
• $100 per non-member ($65 + membership fee)

Scholarships will be available.
