Position Description:
The Financial Aid Counselor located in Portland, Oregon, will assist the Student Financial Services Department with the awarding and administration of the Federal, State, and institutional financial aid programs by following all aid policies and procedures for the purpose of recruiting and retaining students at Concordia University; ensures that the aid system is accurate, efficient, and in accordance with Federal and State regulations. The Financial Aid Counselor provides financial counseling, Student Accounts support, awards financial aid and certifies student aid on behalf of the institution in order to assure the integrity and quality of such services, and also requires direct assistance with New Student Admissions events as determined by the University.
