FA 101 – day-long event, usually held in January, for training new financial aid professionals in the basics of financial aid administration. Potential for reaching approximately 40 financial aid administrators.

Support Staff Workshop – day-long training and professional development event, usually held in late November/early December, for financial aid staff who provide general information and/or work in support roles (processing, systems, etc.). Topics include customer service, communication, and legislative issues. Potential for reaching approximately 100 financial aid staff members.
