OASFAA Annual Conference Exhibit Booth
$1500 for first booth

As a Conference Exhibitor you receive:

  • One booth, location determined by request/date of payment received
  • Recognition in the conference program, alphabetical by company name
  • Recognition on the Annual Conference page of the OASFAA website
  • Certificate of Appreciation from OASFAA

High Visibility Booth Upgrade
$500 additional per booth

  • Must be a conference exhibitor with purchased exhibit booth
  • Entitles exhibitor to pre-select a booth location based on Exhibit Hall layout
  • High visibility booth location requests will be honored first come-first served basis by date payment received

Additional Booths
$1000 additional per booth

  • This would entitle an exhibitor to a second booth contiguous to original booth
  • Additional booths may be purchased at the same rate as the second booth

Newsletter Advertising
$400 per issue 1/2-page (7.5 x 4.75) (free to Senior Level Donors)
$200 per issue 1/4-page (3.5 x 4.75) (free to Junior Level Donors)
$100 per issue 1/8-page (1.75 x 2.25) (free to Sophomore level Donors)

OASFAA welcomes paid advertisements from industry professionals for publication in the OASFAA Newsletter according to the following schedule:

  • June 30, 2008, for publication in July 2008
  • September 30, 2008, for publication in October 2008
  • December 15, 2008, for publication in January 2009
  • February 28, 2009, for publication in April 2009

The OASFAA Newsletter is published quarterly. The OASFAA Newsletter Editorial Board establishes deadlines for submission of items, and reviews all submissions articles and advertisements.

  • Placement of ads will be at the discretion of the Newsletter Editor
  • Ads may be limited due to space and will be honored in order of date provided

Web Banner Advertising
$1200 per year

The OASFAA web site allows for banner ads. These full color ads rotate in random sequence providing each advertiser equal exposure. Each banner ad will also link to your designated web site.  They rotate approximately every 8 seconds.

  • Ads should be in color and content is to be provided by the advertiser
  • Placement of ads will be at the discretion of OASFAA’s Electronic Services Chair
  • The ads must meet the following specifications:
    - 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels high
    - may not exceed 20K
    - may be in gif or .jpg format
    - may be black and white or color
    - may be animated as long as size requirements are not exceeded
  • Upon submission of your ad, please provide your name and website address (URL) to link to your company website.
